Cross-sectional study that received full approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB). Culminated in a 47-page manuscript and presentation at a university symposium.

Starry Solutions LLC

Founded a virtual reception company, Starry Solutions, in 2024. It began with a belief in the power of personal connections. With each receptionist receiving extensive training on each the business they were working with. To further this, each business's phone calls were consistently assigned to the same small team, fostering a deeper understanding of their clients' needs.
